Can I cancel my order?

You will only be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped to your local post office or collection branch. A handling charge will be applied and your order will be cancelled using the same rate of exchange as in the original purchase transaction. In order to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible on our Travel Money team tilaukset@changegroup.fi. If your order has already been dispatched and can no longer be cancelled, but you would wish to return it, please follow the instructions for our “Returns” service specified below.
