What do I do with the unused currency when I return from my trip? Can I return part or all of my order?

• Buyback protection: 

If you purchased our Buyback Protection at the time of placing your order for €6.95, you can return your excess travel currency to any of our offices in Finland at the same rate as your original purchase. If you choose this service, no brokerage fees will be charged when you return the currency. When you return to Finland, you can visit any of our offices where we will process your return and the refund will be paid to your original method of payment. The maximum amount of currency that can be returned under buyback protection is €200. The buyback must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase.

• Returns: 

If you have not purchased our Buyback Protection, we also offer a free return service for our asikats in Finland. When you return to Finland, you can exchange your surplus foreign currency back into euros at any of our Finnish offices without any commission by presenting your original purchase receipt upon return. The "Return" service for currency is subject to the exchange rate in force at the point of purchase on the day of return. The refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that we will buy back, without a brokerage fee, up to the value of the original purchase.
