How much will I be charged when I order currency online?

We don't charge any commission on currency orders placed through our online service, so it pays to exchange currency online. If you wish to order currency by post, a €12.90 postage fee will be added to the amount, which will be shown in the order summary. All postal deliveries are insured. If you choose ChangeGroup as your delivery option, then delivery is free of charge. The exchange rate used for the exchange will also be clearly indicated both in the shopping cart and in the order summary.
