How long will it take for your order to be delivered?

• Postal delivery: 

Foreign currency orders placed before 14.00 on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day and delivered by Posti as an insured parcel to your nearest post office. Orders placed after 14.00 will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that a 'working day' is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays. For example, if you place your order on a Sunday followed by a public holiday on Monday, your order will be processed on Tuesday. Delivery time is 1-3 business days. To ensure that your currency arrives on time, we recommend that you place your order at least one week before your desired pick-up time at the post office.

• Pick-up at the point of delivery: 

If you choose to have your currency picked up from one of our branches, you will need to specify your preferred pick-up date when placing your order. Foreign currency orders placed before 14.00 will be available for collection from the next working day at the location of your choice. If your order is placed after 14.00, please allow an extra working day before pick-up. Please note that pick-up is only possible during the opening hours of the selected branch (opening hours are available at the time of ordering and can also be found on our website).
