Can I cancel my order?

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been sent to either your local post office or the ChangeGroup office of your choice. A handling fee will be charged for the cancellation and your order will be cancelled at the same exchange rate used for the original purchase transaction.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing our customer support team at tilaukset@changegroup.fi. If your order has already been shipped and can therefore no longer be cancelled, but you would still like to return your order, please follow our "Returns" instructions.
